This notice concerns Kromera LLC and Kromera Color Index, the KRM SMS program. It explains the purposes and limits associated with information you choose to provide. Privacy questions may be addressed to alfaro@kromerallc.com.

Interest in a part-time role and interest in text messages are separate. You may ask a question without choosing SMS. Where the program operates, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. For access, correction or deletion questions, email alfaro@kromerallc.com with enough context to describe the request.

Kromera LLC will not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. A number provided for the KRM program is not permission for another business to market to you. The company does not use purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate or third-party marketing lists.

SMS opt-in data and consent are neither sold nor rented, and are not shared for third parties' own marketing. When services are enabled, delivery, hosting, security and compliance providers may process information only as necessary to support those functions. Their supporting role does not create an independent marketing permission.

Depending on your choice, supplied details may include a name, email, mobile number, role category, availability and written message. SMS interactions may also involve consent choices and opt-out or help requests. Limit ordinary correspondence to relevant information; personal identity documents and payment records are not needed to describe a question.

Information received through an available service may help explain a category question, consider a part-time interest, organize correspondence or administer SMS preferences. It may also support security and applicable obligations. Details should remain connected to the reason they were provided, with SMS preferences considered separately from general questions.

Where records are maintained, their retention should be related to the reason they were provided, applicable obligations and necessary messaging controls. An opt-out may require limited suppression information to remain available. Requests to delete information are considered with these purposes in mind rather than with a promise of immediate, unconditional removal.

Information handling should use reasonable access restrictions and safeguards appropriate to the communication service involved. No method of online communication can guarantee complete protection. Please avoid putting secrets or financial details into a message. Additional context may be requested when needed to protect information from an unauthorized access or deletion request.

The Kromera website and optional role-update program are not directed to children under 13. Kromera LLC does not knowingly seek information from that group. If a parent or guardian believes a child supplied personal information, contact alfaro@kromerallc.com so the concern can be reviewed and appropriate action considered.
